But went up & down the steps 3 times/devils staircase 4 & managed to find a new interesting route close buy too while he was waiting for us
He didn't fancy limekiln twice tho!......

Mc queen? is he named this because his bike is older than the genuine McQueen bike from that great fantastic film I used to love as a child when this real cool guy escaped from some barstewards and he could really really ride a bike..

I think Mel is more of an "On Any Sunday" kinda guy, I am sure many a barsteward hasnt escaped from him either, just a few stories I heard around a camp fire...

Limekiln was pretty evil, took some tugging to get all those bike up there, like Bambies on ice i tell ya!
