We did Motel 2 weeks ago , best tip is go first - that way you don't get stuck in the human log jam that happens round the first bend Razz
We even got Devon Dave up there , and hes 63 !
Sometimes you can clear it in one , but i usually have a lean against the bank a few times.

I just realized who you are now. Welcome to the forum. Very Happy

Plenty going on here and a good bunch of like minded boys and girls... Shocked

Did you not get to the top of Motel Hill? Sad

I hope you like the forum. Lots of ride reports and pictures/ videos to nose at...

Hey Phil 990
I got past the bend twice but now you are all making me feel like a faggot I think I need to go back
Someone said that a group of 30 4 x 4 s went there at the same time and wrecked it so me and my mate were using that as our excuse
Anyone out over the weekend

Hey mufynman
Just watched your 2014 video, brilliant . Never get bored of crashes
Noticed you are going to Barmouth and in 3 groups
Are you split by skill level or are there just various groups of mates
Is there any room as me and 2 mates were going to do a guided ride that weekend and would love to join the group

Deegan there is still room in group 2 for the Barmouth trip Very Happy
We have split into three groups just starting in different areas.
Jtm is leading group two, starting in Sennybridge to leave at 8.00am to Barmouth 140 miles on Saturday 16th with No Motel Hill type trails....but plenty of good trails along the way Very Happy
Returning Sunday 140/150 miles.
If you & your mates fancy it, you will need to book a B&B in Barmouth for the 16th May & put your name's down in the I'm going riding section.
