Wouldnt mind a go at an enduro
Hi Guys,
I am new to this off roading stuff but am keen as mustard - I ve got a ktm 400exc and was thinking to get out and have a go at an enduro.
Has anyone got any advice? How do I find out where they are? I would need a novice kind of circuit, whats this Hare n Hounds stuff??
If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Cheers

Hair & Hounds are when you ride flat out around a course doing as many laps as you can.
Bit like scalectrics

Have you had a look at the Enduro News web site in the 'events' bit?
They list most enduro's (as does TMX, but will cost you a couple of quid in Smiths)
Some events also have a practice day thing the day before the main event, which might suit you to get a bit of a taster?

Yes, but seems to be on the way out a bit, as less and less shops stock it
Maybe because most info is on the internet for nothing

I've been looking into what's involved with the events too and have found this webpage. Seems to be what you're looking for too. Just click on the "enduro" tab.
