Re: Barkbusters
I got cycra probend composite on my bike ordered a new set for my new bike from the states as they dont import them, they do the probend crm but not the compsite ones which is a bit dull, ive had quite a few over the years and in my opinion the 2 cycra types are the best on the market....either of them, they ain't cheap your looking at 90 biguns but fit n forget, all the ally wraparound ones probably protect the same but the cycra ones stay rock solid and I should know with the ammount I fall off, the clamps are U shaped and fit ktm bars pefectly, ive had other makes twist round and snap the clutch master cylinder not once but twice at £175 a pop one was with acerbis rally pro ones which look nice but are total shite and they are not far off a ton to buy the other time ergo bark busters

Re: Barkbusters
Kirky make sure you get the correct clamps for your handlebars with the Cycra one's, the one's supplied with my set were incorrect and I had to order a set for fat bars, an extra £20 + ?

Re: Barkbusters
Jule, which clamps did you get, the vertical one's or the horizontal one's. I found the horizontal one's buried themselves into the number board so had to swap them for the upright one's.

Re: Barkbusters
U shaped they aren to allow for cables n stuff, not sure what you mean horizontal or vertical, they got 4 clamping bolts which grip the bars really tight

Re: Barkbusters
There are two types JJ, one type points forward where the fixing thread for the chrome bolt is on the end, this is the one with the cink in it for the cables (and is the one that stuck into my number board) and the other type points upwards with the thread on the side, so doesn't project forward.
