Exhaust which one Empty Exhaust which one

Ive had my exhaust welded so many times its time to buy a stainless steel one. My bike was manufactured in 2007, when i look on ebay there is a FMF full exhaust at a reasonable price &190 but its says 2008 onwards, other exhausts say 03 to 09 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] so will it fit and what pipe do you recomend for value and to go through an MOT. Cheers
