well lads my day started bad and got worse. falling off an the top of the first small hill climb seen me twist my knee, it just got worse and worse and in the end i had to part with the boys early (5 o clock) and head home via the roads,
woke up this morning and its swolen as fuck and cant move it....

the first few photos of me you can clearly see im carrying my left leg off the pegs....

oh well hope its ok for next weekend.....
