What do think of the 350 freeride? Does it do the job?

Re: Cold but out there....
In my opinion it's great . Light , enough smooth power to chug up any slope , I'm only a beginner , but it doesn't scare me , and encourages you to have a go at anything . I've geared it up a bit for the road , and stuck a knobbly on the front . Kept rear trials tyre as it goes anywhere , mind you never tried a bog ! Fuel tank is small , but I can go all day , I keep a little 2l fuel jug in my rucksack just in case , but rarely need it . Maybe seat is a bit narrow if you want to sit down all day , but for the lanes around me , it's perfect . Nice and quiet too . The bike is far more capable than I am . I'm only 11 stone , so it's like a flea riding a bicycle !
