I find a photo a of a males ass rather disturbing

top tip: prior to a long trail ride or race i take four fingers full of vaseline and crouch down in a squat position and place the dollup of vase directly into my arse cravass and star area. (dont be alarmed as when you stand back up it will seem like you have shit yourself until it settles)

This helps prevent chaffing as shown in exhibit a (photo above) and actually helps whilst having a shite later on that evening.

You heard it first hear guys!

but turns out it was'nt from a sharing a room with eggs for two nights but a badly positioned rear haul strap............

Can usually get away with it after a days riding on normal trails/sunday jaunt, but this started to bunch up due the the wet weather and crud and 320miles in the saddle.

Have now got a tidy Kriega loop and positioned it off the seat...............should be modelling for babies bottom cream after next years event

I guess this is a stupid question to those that know, but what is the reason for fitting a rear strap?

better grip on the arse end when pulling your bike out of bogs.
