KTM 200 Autolube lots of smoke problem

my ktm 200 exc GS autolube is smoking alot. seem to be feeding too much oil in. Does anyone know how to set the autolube pump

running very smokey when bike on tick over then clouds when i open it up after the clouds it turns to blue haze if the thorttle still open, shut off the cycle repeats. taken out for 30 mins still the same problem. I'm thinking the excess oil is coming from the auto lube but not sure.

Sounds like a carburation problem to me i would check the floats are not sticking and also check to see if the choke is operating properly.........other than that i would call someone like leisure trail to ask the question!

Cut the autolube? mix & feed yourself.

Is the bike using any gear box oil? i had a yz few months ago doing what your describing and it was burning the gearbox oil by sucking it through the right hand crank seal.

take it out tomorow screw the nuts of it don't look back problem solved

wise words...also able you to locate the problem easier-starting point

dropped the gearbox oil and it only had 330ml left instead of the 700ml top level. bike now in repair shop
