Hi mate, the legs alot better. The last mercian practice day boosted my confidence in my leg 100x. Looking forward to the event. My fitness is the only issue for this weekend, but thats going to be sorted as I've joined a gym today to sort that shit out 
If you want to meet up during the event then give me a call , I'll pm ypu my number, I want to get there early to walk the course if I can.
