Perfect Bikers Tent
These tents pack up to the size of a fag packet .... you could strap it to the front mudguard

I used one of those when I hitch hiked from Swansea to Morroco
Surprisingly roomy for a 1 man tent

Wasn't for 3kilo of Moroccan black.
Had my first "tulip" joint out there, couldn't move my legs.

Was awesome laugh, took 6 days in total, got arrested in France for hitch hiking on the motorway, then stuck in Bordeaux for 3 days as the frogs didn't want to give us a lift.
Spent the week in Marrakesh, after surviving the night in the port Tangier. Literally the roughest place I've ever been and I'm from the Rhondda! The hotel owner slept outside our hotel rooms with a baseball bat as tourists were targets for pick pockets and cameras/phones etc!
Other than the Morrocan black the highlight had to be the trip to Sahara.
Would love to bike out there

You're not wrong
The good bits were that it was small and light to carry, warmer than a big tent, didn't leak (like yours did ) and the not so good bits obviously cat swinging out of the question but the worse thing is no room for kit so boots, helmets etc. stay outside all night!

Yes good tent. Easy to put up, didn't get wet inside, folds away into a small bag. I've still got it and it's nearly 10 year old.
