Do you have to ride to get them up to temp... wired it all up correctly but they wont get warm whilst it idles. Just wondering if there is a low voltage cut off?

How long do they take to get warm?

Yeah used the heat shrink....  i will charge the battery.  They are just the same with bike on or off..

Only thing i can think of is that the piggy  back connection hasnt made so i will check with the multi meter

Wire to the battery with inline fuse Lee they will warm up quick...but as you know they must be turned off when you stop.
