This is not bad, bit skinned. The bike came off worst though but still amazingly works fine.

The road rash on the wrist is much worse as it keeps bleeding down my hand at work, makes me look like I have bigger issues than I actually have. "No I don't have mental problems, just fell off my new bike a lot over the weekend with a Welsh bloke who I have never met before". Actually, it does sound quite bad!!!
