2 stroke help? Empty 2 stroke help?

Post by Hawkey Sun May 08, 2016 5:14 pm

I've had a RMZ 250 a while now,and I'm looking for an upgrade. Thinking of a husqvarna te300 (2stroke) the only thing holding me back is the last 2 stroke I went on scared the c**p out of me. Have enduro bikes got the same scary power or are they more mellow?

Thanks in advance

They aren't has harsh as older 2 stroke apparently. It's recently bought a beta 300rr. Came from got a 450 everyone says the 300's are similar nowadays to the 4 strokes.. it's taken me a few weekends to get used to it but glad I went 300 now

The Betas are getting great reviews - if youre looking to buy brand new try AB motorcycles in Pant - barry up there is knocking them out like cheap Armani suits

New enduro 2T's are mellow compared to crosser 2T's I think, had a 200 then 250 and the last one was a 300 (Orange variety) which are the best smiler

Thanks guys,I think a test drive is in order tbh! I've heard betas are unreliable? I suppose it's how well you maintain it though Rolling Eyes

KTM 300 with the red spring in the powervalve is pretty much un-ridable for trails, & with the gears being longer than an MX bike it just wants to keep going until you come off. & anyone that says different is either better than Jonny Walker or taking shite.

CoriHawke, what you planning on doing with it. Just trail riding, enduro's or both.
