Dont know anything about 2 smokes sorry mate can help with the easy bits like oil, filters, fork seals and wheel bearings

Pretty simple carl all the basics as with your crf generally leave cleaning / servicing power valves when replacing rings or piston.
If excess of oil in power valves then needs checking the old feel of the kickstart for comression or use a comression tester to ensure top end is prime.
Dont leave piston rings wear!!
