Speaking of collecting does anybody know if I could squeeze a 450 into the back of a new shape transit connect? (Company van).

Thanks guys great info . Was only thinking of the van incase I have to travel to collet it, save me having to borrow a bigger van. Would love to think I could get a tidy 450 exc 2008 or newer for my budget , will keep looking.

I get mine into the new shape transit courier, i did once manage to get mine and spence's in there which I'lll never ever do again. Courier is shorter than the connect. I made a board out of 36mm ply, screw that down to the deck, and put the bike in backwards and strap down, front wheel sticks out but works fine. drilled 2 holes in the board so i can fix to the roorack if i want to lock the back but I normally dont bother since it has a metal bulkhead.
You alsou get some proper stares when your putting a bike in a van that small, sort of stares that make you feel speshal.
