Gotta love eBay.. New cap and thin walled socket £15
(Item numbers if anyone is interested 400883405135 & 151413586966)
I'll pick up a genuine spark plug from fowlers in the week for a £10 as otherwise I have no idea of what spark plug company is any good!

+ I have never touched brake fluid, have no idea how to check it/bleed it/top it up etc...?!
There is no reservoir to fill like on the clutch so I'm baffled!

There will be a little cylinder just above the pedal. Think it's like a 17mm socket. Undo the cap and you'll see the fluid for the rear brake

check the battery terminals are tight - mine rattle loose sometimes and my electric start dont work - also the earth lead is an exposed metal wire from the battery and sometimes on mine touches the frame - i duct taped it up so its insulated and clear of the frame

As I've never done it before, so im finding all the generic non ktm ones are not making sense!

Cheers guys!!!

Changed the cap and plug for nkg parts and it now starts on the button faster and smoother than ever before and kicks over first time everytime!! Very Happy

Not sure which was the offending item as I replaced them both together but looks like I just got a bit over enthusiastic with the jet wash!

So yeah, let me know if anyone's ever kicking around the wye!! Braaaaaaaapp!! Smile Smile Smile
