KTM light switch
Anyone fitted a after market light switch...?
Mine has gone again...! Must have bought 4/5 of these shit switch's "And I am Not Buying Another" at £38 Bloody quid
Did try & fit a trail tech light switch a couple of years back, but the wires where all different colours
Anyone..? please try to keep on topic me easily get confused

Nate was selling new sherco ones a while back I bought one for one mine go,s (think it as already) That I'm going to try and wire it in mite have some left?

Has it just stopped working? If so bring them tomorrow, and I'll have a go at sorting them. I soldered new contacts on mine and has been good as new since.
the insides arc the contacts, wear them away and then they don't sit properly, putting a blob of solder back on does the job.

Just low beam & kill switch at the mo, there riveted units ? goner try leccy cleaner & air line in a bit.

Cleaner wont really work, maybe for a few hours. the issue is the electrical arcs wear the contact poles down so the triangular plate cant make full contact with them, as I said a blob of solder has worked on mine and its been fine for over 4 months now.
Kill switch needs the contacts bent forward a touch so they engage.
Both fixes need you to drill out the rivets, once done just put back together and screw it on, don't need the rivets at all, just remember if you take it back off to hold it together as it is lightly spring loaded.
if you have the other 4/5 old units, bring one tomorrow and I'll sort it out for you to try if you want.
