Going to order new cap tomorrow mine was 1.4 bar thinking of getting a 1.8 bar. Surprised no one has suggested swaping it an exercise bike or loose some weight fatty the bike struggling .

Fit a coolant recovery bottle, nothing more than a small plastic bottle cable tied to the frame with the over flow pipe put through the top and down to the bottom of the bottle.
When it over heats and spits coolant out it gets caught buy the bottle, when things cool down a bit on the move it syphon's back in to the rad worked a treat on my bike in the hot weather Very Happy
