Chinky Risers
Bought a set of chinky risers on ebay as a punt.
Paid a total of 7.50 delivered compared with 60 odd quid for something uk based.
it is advertised as a 28mm riser, but measuring centre to center clamp to clamp it gives 50mm rise with full ability to pivot the riser forward or back.
The quality seems very good, its clearly made from 6061 billet aluminium (allegedly) and well machined, all tooling marks present, fit was perfect and both ends gripped perfectly, stainless bolts provided with the setup.
Real test will be sunday, and will let you all know if they break

got tracking numbers and regular emails from the seller letting me know they should be arriving, couldnt fault the service.
Just hope they are as good as the service.

Had a quick try on the bike today, and it feels very strange not being hunched over the bars. I didn't think 50mm would get me standing upright on the bike.
Get the feeling it will take a while to get 100% used to it, will let you know on Sunday evening what I think after I give them a full test.
