Ebbw Vale 12-07-14

Had a superb day out. Just myself and Jams, did good few routes and exploring courtesy of Jams.

Finished up with me having my usual off, this time spraining my wrist(typically my favourite - the right), but great fun none the less.

PS: had an incident with the olives: the jar survived but the top managed to unscrew itself!

We started from ebbw vale at about half nine, headed down  to aberbeeg via man moel ammd the single track. Up Six bells to the quarry and down to hafradranys. Then down to risca for some olives at Tesco, bit of fuel and off over to machen, some gnarly hill climbs at Caerphilly tips, bit of an explore around there then off to Nelson and up to Merthyr. Lost my number plate at trefil , called it a day and skullked home!
