2014 exc 300. cuts out after going through water then takes a couple of mins to start. got worse since weather colder.
Can it be anything to do with breather tubes under water stopping carb having fuel ?

With the FCR carb on my 450 i took the two top pipes and fed them thru to the airbox making sure there were no kinks in them, these are the critical breathers for your carb , the rest are drains or overflows,

Someone mentioned to me that the airbox design is different on latest the KTM's, therefore making them prone to picking up water when you drive through it. Don't know if this is right or not ?

Yes neil route the top two pipes up into the airbox and that should cure the problem    :study:
