Tubliss System... Anyone Using It?
Edging ever closer to getting some BIB mousses sorted, but tempted by the Tubliss system as it'll save the constant hassle of removing wheels and tyres to lube-up mousses, etc.
Anyone using Tubliss - does it work and what are the pro's and con's? Looks impressive... but seems almost too good to be true.

I use the Mitas t lock system at times, same as tubliss.
Pros, better grip and therefore your tyres will last longer, awesome for extreme events because of the extra traction available.
Cons, easy to damage when removeing and more time consuming than a moose.. plus they are only good with good condition tyres, you wont fit them onto a used tyre and get a seal.

Ive used T-Lock for 3 years!
You have to get your head around the fact you are creating a seal between tyre and rim!!
Now I am completely at home with them...

Thanks for that... wasn't aware of the T-Lock system.
Worth a look, I reckon.

Re: Tubliss System... Anyone Using It?
I just ordered some Tubliss Gen 2's from the States. Ended up letting a friend fit my Mousse as he was in need, so I needed to replace it and decided to give these a go instead.
Being able to run ultra low pressures and know the tyre will stay on the rim even if I do get a flat so I can get home sounds like the perfect solution to me.
I'll update with how I get on with fitting them, but expect a 2 week wait for them to land before I even think about fitting them.
