Trailtech headlight Empty Trailtech headlight

Post by wolfy Tue Jan 22, 2013 6:13 pm

I want to fit a trailtech headlight, it came with the wires, switch & inline fuse kit.
But want to keep the ktm switch if poss & just swap the headlight, trouble is there is four wires on the ktm blue..green..white & brown.
Then on the trailtech, there is pink..yellow & black scratch

Do i have to change the lot or can someone tell me which colours go together.

Cheers

Have you got a voltage tester , Wolfy?

If you have, I can talk you through testing which wire does what.

If you haven't, and you can get to me in Little Mill, with your bike, I'll give you a hand to do it.

A mate of mine has one on his 400exc, an '06 model, I think, I'll find out if he had much hassle fitting it.
