the light loom on my bike is shocking to say the least so going to make a new one but im adding a things or two aswel, ive got one power wire comng from the stator up to behind the headlight & off that i need to send power to:

Heated Grips
headlight
Horn (ive always had a stupid battery one)
Trial Tech Speedo

would it be safe just to solder 1 to 4 wires then heat shrink it? or any other idea's ?

I think you will need a fuse or two.

Others will know more but I think the horn has to be DC. Bulbs will last longer with DC too.

Heated grips. Not sure about what they require.
