im after a new pair of boots was thinking of the sidi crossfires or the geahrne sg12 what are anyone else thinking... dont mind paying if they last.

I've got Sidi's and although expensive (aren't they all!) have had 'em since 2003 with regular rather than constant use
They're getting a bit knackered now, but a new pair will probabaly out last me Sad

Ps. possibly like most, about as waterproof as a tea bag, but solved with gortex socks

thats what i was wondring how waterproof they were like the fact you can replace things also.. thanks fella we should be out soon for a ride fingers crossed.

had the same pair of sidi crossfires shep for the past 15 cost £289 back then but worth every penny....good quality boot that doesnt loose its buckles (like most modern boots tend to do)

Another thumbs up for the Sidi's.. great boot for trail riding and anything else you can throw at them.

if you want a good boot for cheap diadora mx5 or mx6 boots are good and last well had mine for three years iv got the mx6 which have soles like alpinestars tech 7 and 10 and the mx5 boots come withe the booties to fit inside the boots they are about a 100 quid on ebay
