Re: beacons rally
Try Mercian dirt riders boys, they put a few H&H on local, not too manic apart from the start? 3Hrs to do as many laps as you can or as many as you want so no pressure? And not too many restrictions. Ive ridden all their venues and nothing too challenging.
You'll kill it shep!
You can find their next event on enduro news.

Re: beacons rally
Second... Mercian shep would be a good event with no pressure & could be as tough as you want! it to be.

Re: beacons rally
Shep be careful which H@H you enter, going by my experience the experts where sent out with the novices, spent most of my time diving in the bushes to get out of their way, but if you fancy it do it. Don't think there's any such thing as an easy enduro or it wouldn't be an enduro, but it can get a damned sight harder if it rains, a good event I've been told is run by the Swindon club in Cirencester park a couple of lads I know have ridden it and all have said it's a good event.

also try and mercian sprint enduro in august you do 8 single laps with a 20 to 25 min break in between they then add up all you times at the end of the day to determine your finish position....really good fun!
