    over revving dt

Post by geraint on Sat Feb 11, 2012 10:20 pm

i kinda think carburetors are the dark arts, but could there be a few simple things to check before i've gotta take it to the man, the dt won't come down below 3 thousand revs, fecked about with the idle screw without any changes happening, no air gaps in the air filter/cylinder head connections does come a down a bit when the choke is on full, and when you take it on a long journey it goes down to normal revs......cheers
