does it have a digital speedo?
Are the top half of the forks gold all the way down? or is there a silver ring at the bottom of the gold part.
It doesn't say anything on the logbook not sure how to read the frame number.
05/06 have different rad scoops to the 04 to.
should say the year on the rim of the wheels to.

I also in the past tried to fit a 06 exhaust to my bike and it would fit.

I,d say its an 04 model then. It has the same bits as mine, apparently Yamaha did it quite often.
Nothing really to worry about. Just keep it in mind if you ever need to buy fork seals.

05 forks are slightly bigger so the seals wont fit a 04 bike.
