hi lads. I need to change my fork seels. Anybody know what oil to put in my forks and the level ?

5w I use in my gasgas 2 stroke...as recommended, the level will probably differ by type of fork.. mine was 90mm from top, some say 100mm..you should be able to download a WP manual off the net which will tell you...I've got a really good guide to changing the seals if you need one, can email you the link

Did my fork oil the other day, mines a 08 250 exc 2t. I used 5w as recomended in the manual. The air gap should be 110mm, I like mine a bit softer so set the airgap to 120mm which worked well at the weekend. make sure you get all the oil out by pumping the piston rod and when filling pump the rod every so often a good 15-20 ( thats what the wife say's to me Very Happy ) times to get all the air out.

dunno what model you got, but do a bit of googling and the husaberg ones which fit some KTM are supposed to be better quality / less stiction ?
