years ago when we was a kids my xl 185 broke down, my mate with a yz 426 decided to try and give me a tow only there was no where to tie the rope to on his bike.
so he tied it around his waste dropped the clutch and promptly landed up on his ass in front of me Laughing still laughing now thinking about it lol!

I was thinking around the waist and pull away real slow until you get momentum but I bet the pressure around the guts would be hardgoing!

Tying the rope to one of the frame sections under the sidepanels would cause a lateral/sideways force on the bike doing the towing.

I suppose the best one would be to put the bit between the teeth and hope for the best lol!
