My last humdinger that done my swede in was the rear wheel on the XR600r. Had some play in rear wheel, bought new bearings only to find that it was the hub worn inside and not the bearings. So the hunt was on for a hub..Couldnt source a second one anywhere, but was given a XR650r hub by Walnutwhip..

So this is where the fun begins, 650 and 600 use different spindles, so Lyns made me a new spacer to fit the spindle, so youve got to get different spacers to suit, and also drill bigger holes for sprocket bolts, no big deal, then youve also got to drill and re tap new holes for disc bolts..

So, a 650 hub will fit a 600, with the above alterations!!
